RLG provides support to individual organizations, partnerships and collaborations. The support RLG provides typically is multidimensional – complementary strategies delivered over time to achieve sustained impact.
RLG also offers individual coaching and customized educational/leadership programs. As a complement to results accountability, training programs can include negotiation/skilled collaboration, systems thinking, emotional intelligence, coaching, leadership, Results Based Facilitation, and persuasion through storytelling.
